What should I do about my 'plays favorites' boss?

What would you do about a boss who treats employees unfairly?

  • I believe my boss has many character flaws. He is divisive, makes fun of other races, has a big mouth ..... He plays favorites among employees. I am one of his "favorites" and I do not want to be. He uses me a an example for less productive employees to "learn from". This only builds resentment and bad feelings. What would you do?

  • Answer:

report him to someone who is higher then him..... take it to the HR department...... make note of examples of which he does this behavior, make sure to document the date and time. See if you can get other people to back up your accusations...... I would def report him, that is just WRONG what he's doing.

Depends on how much you get paid, or who wrong you feel it is. If it is extreme, quit your job.
