If that were so why would a 7 month old or a 70 year old female be raped. Better yet why would a little boy or an old man be raped? Granted there are many ways of raping, some more violent, but the underlying motivation is not sex, it's power over another human and it's violent, because, he or she was not willing.

A woman may be raped by their husband/partner. A child might be raped by a neighbour or family friend/member A man might be raped by another man or even a woman. A elderly woman or man might be raped in bed by an intruder in their home. And a young lady out on the town in a short skirt might be raped by a stranger on her way home. Rape is not only a crime of lust (rare) but a crime of violence ( common ) What you wear is often not important. What you are doing, how you behave, if you are alone, and if you are drunk is the problem for the girl on the town more than her clothes.

In my state, a 67 year old disabled woman was raped after someone broke into her home-so you're saying that her diaper "overwhelmed" the rapist? People rape because they have the opportunity, not because of how someone is dressed or acts. Children are raped-is it because of how their diaper was put on, too? No, I think a rapist will attack a women he see by herself regardless of what they are wearing. I know there some laws around the world, like in Mexico where the govt. Is trying to limit what type of clothes a girl can wear, but I think it is all crazy. Women shouldn't be blame for someone who is sick minded.
