    Congratulations for asking a very good question. A quality question requires a quality answer. I will try and hope it qualifies. Well, in my opinion a combination of surprise and anticipation works as a good mental foreplay. When used at an unpreidctable frequences, they work as a good foreplay. We make sex schedule and my wife is anticipating sex. Most of the time we follow the schedule. Some times I take half day leave (once in a fortnight) and reach home in the afternoon with icecream and then love throughout the evening. Also the most important aspect which I have observed is that when woman realises that man is not coming in to get himself satisfied only, then she is happy to give better sex. Also giving a call about what style we will do tonight in the afternoon has also worked for me. About giving here complements on performance during the past night also makes her ready for the next session more.

Only one man for me, Me. My man will call me and in his quiet; sexy voice he tells me he is thinking about me and is looking forward to seeing me tonight. Every once in a while he will call my office and say something like, "Come straight home, don't stop anywhere.
