What were the beliefs of the Democratic-Republicans?

I found someone Ive fallen for but discovered our beliefs are different ? To the point it would cause problems?

• My names Danielle and Im 24 years old. I found someone who I came to start to like... but he is quite a bit older then me and we had a conversation last night that really rubbed me the wrong way.... Now keep in mind Im agnostic so Im open minded to most religions and beliefs, My personal belief is spiritual. I wanted to see how he felt about my beliefs and when I openly spoke about them he was quite rude.... See he is athiest and believes science proves everything sort of thing... which is fine and all but how he went about his response just blew me away. He went on about how my beliefs were dandy but his beliefs don't dictate him to believe what I believe in to be real... which just made my jaw drop.... Even if thats true you don't say that to people its just rude. He went on about some analogy about a situation and asking my views on it towards christianity, a very poor example since he doesn't even believe in god.... So I gave him an honest answer and I got called a hypocrite. I was quite upset at this point and voiced my concerns then he just got to the point. FINALLY said how even if his beliefs don't dicate something is real to him doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Which made me feel better but I got mad and told him to use an analogy in the first place to describe how he feels was pointless and confusing, because most people would associate the analogy towards what they were talking about and it doesn't really get to the point of things, just adds more things to it. He understood but I feel like because of how he went about it Im just really really bothered. I gave it a chance he is 40 years old, now I believe in some cases age doesn't matter to a point, but ... he is extremely opinionated and just he boasts about being open minded but he shot down my beliefs at the beginning of our conversation... and insulted me... Its just WOW Im so upset. I really liked him now I have no idea what to do. I will speak to him like usual but I don't think I would have a loving relationship with him because of how he handles his views.

  Kick him to the curb. The Bible says you need to be equally yoked and he isn't, so he is totally wrong for you. His attitudes toward you go beyond religion. If he is mistreating you so soon in the relationship, it will only get worse as the relationship continues. You dictate how people treat or mistreat you, so set the rules and stick to them. If God didn't exist you could not explain sin, there would be no reason for sin. He is slamming you and dismissing you and no matter the topic, that is a huge warning sign of abuse and you don't need to be bullied by any man. I am sorry he is mean to you, but it won't magically get better and you know that. It is best to cut ties with him now, he will just continue to put you down on any topic until you are the typical abused wife. Get out while you can. Peace be with you.
