Do you like where you live? If not, why not? Or why do you like your place?
-
Where do you live? Did you choose where you live? If you live with someone else, and if that person (those persons) chose the place, why did they choose it? What is it about your place or home that you like? What could be improved? What do you not like that you think you just might have to accept? If you know where you want to go, where is it and why?

Answer:
I love where I live! I live in east Tennessee and it's beautiful here and there are tons of things to do. I did choose to live here. I was born and raised here and the moved when I join the Air Force for four years. I immediately missed TN and moved back as soon as I go out. We rent out home and I like it alright it's just not our own and I wish it were bigger but we can't afford that at the moment. My husband has been all over the world (Air Force retired) and was born and raised in CA and loves east TN and wouldn't want to live anywhere else, what I'm trying to say is that yes he choose to live where we're living.

I want to travel the world. I am from Jackson, Mississippi, and I love how we are just so friendly and helpful towards one another. The South is known for racism, but I have only experienced that once. The food is like heaven, and I love my accent. Mississippi WHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in New York and i CANNOT stand this horrid mess of Ignorance.. we have rats in the subways that are the size of CATS the attitude of people is STANK theres wayyy too many black folks here (sorry, but i need to say it) over here, you cant be who you really are inside (even though i do) its as if every social group pressures you to "join them or get lost".. people look at you like they never seen a human being before.. EVERYONE worships an ignorant rapper.. The asian women here are intensely weird.. i can go into detail about all of this, but i rather not.. like every corny trend on tv is imitated here..the new thing now thats cool is to be GAY.. just go to manhattan and like EVERYONE there is gay now.. these are just tips of the iceberg, i can go on and on about new york and how disgusting it is.. something is telling me though that Washington DC and atlanta are a bit the same..... where would i like to go? THE MOON HONESTLY..

I love where I live now, as I'm residing in Charlotte NC. The people are absolute sweethearts, the air's clean, the weather's nice, the women have self confidence, and the economy's killer all in all. What do I not like? The bleeding humidity, but the air's clean so it's tolerable. Also, traffic on the freeways is a bear at rush hour...but it's a city so that's expected. It's nothing compared to DC or Philly (I just feel bad for the folks who have to commute in those areas everyday). Now, I came from Pennsylvania....and I despised it. The commonwealth economy in PA is a joke, the political system is highly and I mean HIGHLY corrupted, and the environmental systems of the area are highly polluted (especially the air and the ionosphere...think carcinogenic pollutants from a main hub of the Industrial Revolution and WW2 steel mills and you'll understand). I grew up in Pittsburgh, and while that city will always be home...the people are still social, and the city is truly the only place in my opinion worth living if you're in PA. We didn't have the spread of "ghetto-ism" to such a degree as they do in Philly, and the cost of living there is much less than it is in other parts of the Commonwealth. There was always something going on, whether it be a concert, some sort of event (Steelers game or something of the like), you get my point....so it never truly got dull. From there, I moved to central PA (Harrisburg area) and quite frankly...it was a perfect example of social entropy. The people were gutless, unfriendly, defensive about everything, the economy was scary (avg. income per the 2005 census was only 24K/yr). There were no jobs, the place was just BAD for self-ownership of a business as the social network was frankly, retarded, and that put word of mouth pretty much out the door. It was HIGHLY clique oriented, with poseurs everywhere. PA's just like Mexico, their greatest weapon is the exportation of their youth to other areas.

I like it here in the Tampa Bay area. The weather is great and you meet people from all walks of life. There is no shortage of things to do. I like the sports teams. We have good colleges and universities. When it rains, it usually ends within a half hour to an hour and then the sun is out again. The downside is that it is pretty crowded and getting expensive.

I love it here, especially during the Spring and Summer months, like now. I live in a little community in Northern Minnesota. My folks own a modest resort here and I work the front desk, and help out on the docks and boat house. There's a real nice lake here, with a little island right in the middle of it where I like to go camping sometimes. The roads here are not paved and it is a bout five miles to the nearest town. Real peaceful and nice.

I grew up in Ohio. The only reason I could see why people lived there is they didn't know any better. Only a few weeks of the year are really nice. The rest too hot and humid, too cold freezing, snow, and ice,. I do miss fireflys, bob white songs, green grass in the summer, cloudy skies, rain in the summer, but living is so easy in central California that I don't think I will ever even visit Ohio again let alone live there.
