How bad is the I-95 thing right now?

Do you betray someone because you are doing the right thing or is it the other way around?

  • Do you betray someone because you are doing the right thing or do you do the right thing by betraying someone? I have to right an essay on this right now, but i would like to know what the majority thinks. *and you betray the person because you truley believe you are doing th right thing. And vise versa.

  • Answer:

The "right thing" is subjective. If you're consistently true to yourself and your values, I wouldn't say it's "betrayal" just because it doesn't coincide with someone else's.

Whether it is a good friend or a friend who you are uncertain about betraying them is wrong because your putting out negative energy and whatever you put out you should be prepared to get back which most people aren't The "right thing" should never be anything that has a negative connotation attached to it. So i think that you should re-evaluate the situation and make sure that there are no negative consequences or that you wont end up doing anything negative

There is no right things and wrong things. Its all depends on the peoples who judge the things. Judge urself before u act,,

I don't think either phrase really makes any sense. If somebody does something that he knows you don't agree with, and foolishly trusts you to stick by him or keep quiet about it, that's his problem. He's got absolutely no business misusing your trust and then feeling betrayed.

Are you truly betraying someone if your actions are benevolent? I wouldn't consider it betrayal but loyalty.

Wow. You would have to REALLY believe what you are doing or saying was the right thing regardless of the fact that it is betraying someone. In other words, you KNOW that whatever changed your loyalty will be betrayal, but your conviction that that change is RIGHT overpowers anything else. "Doing the right thing" is far too open to say betrayal IS the right thing to do to someone.

Lets hope you can do the right thing without betraying someone. The key word is "Betraying" which I guess is not totally honest and probably not the right thing. Betray : Main Entry: be·tray Pronunciation: \bi-ˈtrā, bē-\ Function: verb Etymology: Middle English, from be- + trayen to betray, from Anglo-French trahir, from Latin tradere — more at traitor Date: 13th century transitive verb 1: to lead astray; especially : seduce 2: to deliver to an enemy by treachery 3: to fail or desert especially in time of need <betrayed his family> 4 a: to reveal unintentionally <betray one's true feelings> b: show indicate c: to disclose in violation of confidence <betray a secret> intransitive verb : to prove false synonyms see reveal — be·tray·al \-ˈtrā(-ə)l\ noun — be·tray·er \-ˈtrā-ər\ noun Learn more about "betray" and related topics at Britannica.com See a map of "betray" in the Visual Thesaurus Pronunciation Symbols

i think you may want to take a class in ethics first. i do not understand how you could even consider betraying. in order to betray you must have a relationship with someone and if you do you had to have a bond of some kind and you are only as good as your word
