What opinion can you give on the U.S. financial crisis?

Your opinion? You correction please?

  • Today, our society is responsible for the economic crisis which is causing young adults to return to their parent’s home after they finish their college study. We could ask ourselves about the pros and the cons of this trend occurring at a worldwide scale and whether it could affect me personally. Firstly, I think we should start from the beginning when the child is old enough to go to college and proceeds to start his career study, he graduates and he is now searching for a job which is nowadays difficult even if that person proves to be a brilliant student. That is when “the Boomerang Kid” as they are called in a negative way since a child is compared as a curved piece of wood, move back in with there parents. As a result, it is important to emphasize the good and negative aspects of young adults returning home, indeed I believe that these circumstances affecting a bit more than 28% of American families is a concern because it may be the cause of family issues, for example there ought to be a conflict between parents and the now grown - up kid about the rent, for some parents, the simple statement of charging rent to a family member draws a doubtful effect, although, charging rent, even a small amount, helps to prepare the young adult for living independently and helps parents keep up with home finances. In addition, the return to the nest can become an economic weight that can ruin the parents' plans and put in danger their financial future, especially their retirement. Nevertheless, depending on how the family manages the cohabitation with their child, the returning of a child to the nest can be an amazing time of family closeness, I suppose that parents might be happy to support their child economically and emotionally. Considering that, “the Boomerang Kid” can facilitate the parent’s routine by assuming some of their chores such as picking up the kids at school or go to the grocery shop. Thus, I shall attempt to foresee if I could become one of the many cases of young adults to go back to their parent’s house. In my opinion, I hope I will not have to return to my parent’s house since I would consider myself as a load economically; I would rather struggle to get over my problem by my own and find a solution, for instance, I’d look for an employment that will not give me a lot of money but it would help me to gain some cash, therefore I would be able to rent a small a apartment. Actually, I do not imagine myself after ten years; I cannot visualize how my life will be in the future, yet, if the crisis we are living through could become stable again I do not think I will have to worry about it, hopefully job offers will boost and unemployment will reduce. In short, a young adult returning to his parent’s house is a trend happening in every country in the world, it may be a wonderful experience for the child and his parents but it may be also a trying time for the family that will have to set rules so that there is no misunderstanding or conflicts between “The boomerang kid” and his family. It is an essay. English is not my native language. Could You please correct me and give me ypur opinion. Thank you. (I am sorry if it is too long.)
