What is it that makes you want to overeat. What is the best way to conquer over cravings and stop eating?

You have to make your goal the most important thing in your life. Don't put anything in your mouth until you ask yourself if eating it is more important to you than losing weight. If you're serious, you'll skip it. After a month or so, you will have overcome those old, bad habits.

Like the previous posters said before 'eat your favorite fruits and veggies'. Maybe you should also try fasting for a day to kind of develop self control.

Not eating the right food at the right time!Dont give into dieting, enjoy ur food, but cut down on quantity.If u like chocolates, have it, but size it down to half...
