How come make a closely relationship with a ego lady boss?

I as an admin.clerk around 2 years experience,but just a half year in this company.my lady boss din't teach me so much,at less a basic labour law or company rule.She is similar keep so much of secrect in her heart.She always said she have a lot of work to do,no time to teach me,ok fine, i learn by myself.but i can't understand is she can talk a lot of unnecessary topic and very nag(no talking working way)isn't have time to talk so much,and no time to teach me?Sometime,i see she is very busy,so i ask her what can i help,but she pass the easy job to me, isn't this "easy work" make her so very busy????i try my best do all works,I afraid ask her more,because she always like that.My colleague and customer always complaint her to me, but i not a boss, they tell me i also can't complaint to whom?Boss?lady boss is her wife.

I think you better look for another Job. This lady is looking for a slave not an employee. She projects on you her psycological deficiency. Maybe she had a bad mother or bad childhood. Do not humiliate yourself & come close to her. She would see any nice gesture from yourside as if you are telling her: Please step on me Master! Jesus came to set you free. So be free from this bondage. Escape, run . God will surely find you aother Job. He loves you.
