What does it mean to dream in third person?

Dream of a single person in a dark room?

• My girlfriend has had this third-person dream twice, now. She said the first time, it was just herself in a dark room, standing there with no expression on her face and the second night was the exact same thing, but with me instead of her. I'm just curious to what this might mean. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  she myt be going through something like emotional constipation and she can't express her feelings or spit out what she feels and also, (her being expressionless)maybe you two have an issue over something but you try to evade that issue you have by not discussing it with each other or something. best answer pls.:)
