email me if you really want to gain self confidence. See girl, thats confidence. I know you are not going to, but what the hell. That is the attitude you need. You should not care what other think of you. It's your life, live it the way you want. Don't be afraid of what others will say. Be proud of what you are. You are nicely qualified Let them all say what they want to. You keep on doing what you want to. You can't always run away. Sometimes you have to face what you are afraid of. You are cool, be happy and confident.

Hi Sumi, Try to get rid of negative thoughts. " I'm scared or don't like to get scolded by superiors." You have nothing to be worried about, all you can do is work to the best of your ability. Maybe you could identify training, if you feel less confident about a particular area of your work. Try to replace negative thoughts and words with positive ones. When you say "I can't" you are telling yourself you can't. You are stopping yourself from attempting to find possible solutions. Focus on your strengths You enjoy teaching and you have received positive feedback from friends who think that you are a good teacher. It sounds like you would like to become a Qualified Teacher. 1. Decide what you really want to do with your life. 2. Believe in yourself 3. Take action towards your goal, right away. I found a good website that may help with changing your negative thoughts I hope this helps. Diane http://millionairesocietybenefits.com

First of all, when you get a job, if you get criticism stand up for yourself and say you appreciate their feedback, but will only take constructive criticism which will help you improve and not make mistakes. Some people respect openness and honesty, because they not realise that they are criticising but helping. Criticism can cause lack of confidence, but only you can start the ball rolling towards gaining your confidence, just by asking for constructive criticism is a start. You might get one or two that won't help, but ignore the selfish ones, only those that take pride in their work will want to help someone who asks for their help. It seems that you would suit teaching, you have a qualification in accountancy, all you need is to study towards teaching, Depending on what level you want to teach at will depend on how long you have to study to become a qualified teacher. Having the courage to ask for help is the beginning of building up your self-confidence. You have tutored others privately (which is part of your work history), that gives you some experience in teaching and will be an impression on any school wanting a teacher for teaching accountancy if you study to become a teacher
