The role of play during childhood?

Does "PLAY" play an important role in the development of personality during childhood?

  • Answer:

Yes. And at different ages growing up we see different types of play, such as parallel play. If you do your research you should notice a child involving his or herself into these types of play. Its pretty amazing, but as the child learns and grows they become more independent. Its good for children then to be assoicated with others close in age and it reassures us they are on a healthy path in development.
