Is there a website where you can take an accurate IQ test?

I've taken 3, 2 have been online scoring a 141 and a 138. I took the Military IQ test called the ASVAB before I enlisted and scored an 88. WTF?! Whats with the 3 different scores? I know the ASVAB is a completely different grading scale with the top being a 96, but what about the other two? One was a tickle.com test and the other was on the National Geographic site, they were giving free tests to in order to determine intelligence levels in regards to where you live. Is there a site out there that can give an honest test and not be some kind of BS site?

Why are you placing so much emphasis on an IQ test, because in fact they mean and account for nothing. Real life skills and studying is what works in the real world. Who you are and will become is solely based on your choices in this life. I am quite sure most people do not need to take nor would they place any emphasis on an IQ test to tell them they are intelligent or not.
