Does this mean im allergic to something?

If something makes me nervous does that mean im scared of it?

• Being around plastic wrap makes me extremely nervous because it makes me think of suffocation. Loud noises make me nervous Anything sudden. Like random heavy rain or any storm. Does this mean I'm afraid of those things?
