What are the most important factors for choosing a job?

i am expert in software but i love to Communicate with people. i can earn big and fast money in software engineering but my hands are not eager to design softwares. i am to lazy in my job. in the other side i love being a visitor or being a seller. i love to work in a tourist company. i love to teach people arts or hobbies. i love to play in a musical band. but i am not so good or skilled in these activities and i couldn't earn much in these activities. what is more beneficial? 1- earn money and be a pro in software eng and go trips more. 2- earn a little and start as a novice in a job that is attractive for me. thanks a lot.

You mention that you are lazy, but perhaps it is a reflection on the job that is not inspiring you to work in software engineering. Money is important, but not everything. Consider if you would rather earn enough to make a bare living, but love what you do, or to earn a lot, and enjoy the social side of your (non work) life.
