im doing a project on polymers and plastics and for my PMR chart i need some advantages and disadvantages for economic reasons for plastic products, including recycling costs. ow much money does it cost to run a factory how much money does it cost the consuer to buy a plastic product... so on and so forth

In the UK, operating a plastic waste recycling plant cost around 25 million pounds sterling a year, so you could imagine how costly it is. The return of investments for the recycling facility would be double though. I'm not sure if the cost of manufacturing plastic would outweigh the cost of recycling it, but you get the idea.
