What is "Rich Dad Poor Dad" about?

Rich Dad Poor Dad game getting out of the rat race. Has anyone played it , how would you rate it?

  • The Game is based on the Rich Dad Poor Dad games by Robert Kyasaki. I am thinking about buying it as it teaches you about active and passibe incomes etc. Also have been thinking about having Rich Dad mentoring. Has anyone had that and found that they benefited?

    I played it a long time ago. It's very good, because it teaches the importance of buying appreciating assets and the problems buying status symbols brings to growing wealth. It also teaches that passive income is much more important than active income, because passive income can grow and be added to without your active attention. I recommend everyone get and play that game. As for having Robert Kiyosaki mentor you, I think it may be more cost effective and efficient to have a successful friend mentor you instead. I played it once and mastered it in 45 minutes... I found it boring after that. Now it simply sits in the closet collecting dust. For kids, I think it would be better since they don't really know about finances yet and many of their parents shouldn't be teaching them due to the parents being in a big hole themselves. I have had my son read all his books and he has taken to heart what Robert has said. Get your kids started on them NOW and their financial life will only get better.
