What are the benefits and drawbacks of free trade policies within countries in Southeast Asia?

  The benefits are that SE Asia will become mcuh stronger economically with the free flow of goods and services within the area helping to develop industries. There are some drawbacks but one that comes first to mind for that area of the world is N Korea. That country might use free trade to facilitate smuggling nuclear materials, laundered money, and other illegal items.
