What are some good scholarships to apply for?

What is the best way to apply for scholarships to an Ivy League University?

• My core average in the first semester of Grade 12 for Math 30AP, Social 30AP, and Physics 30AP was 95%. I am an avid trader/investor in TSX/TSX Venture markets and I own a business that may make a scholarship irrelevant soon (not to sound arrogant!). Do you think I would have any difficulty finding a scholarship to one of these universities? I live in Canada so I am not sure how it works finding scholarships in the US. When I go on studentawards.com, for example, I see small awards of $250, $500, even $3000 which are irrelevant amounts. Where can I find larger scholarships in the $50,000+ range? What are some scholarships that offer full tuition paid? I have my eye on Harvard for a MBA, and I am also looking into the Chicago School of Economics, but if you know of any other good schools I will certainly look at them. I have just begun research tonight, and I would very much appreciate any help you have to offer. Thank you!

  You don't need to apply for scholarships to Harvard. Just apply for financial need. Harvard is a 'need blind' college so, providing you get in, they will offer you need based grants of the money you need to study at their institution. These grants are non-repayable so you don't need to graduate with debt and they cover your tuition fees and dorm room etc. However, you will need to demonstrate financial need. ie. through your parents incomes and how much they make. If its less that $60,000 then their expected contribution is zip. 'Need blind' colleges are rare in the fact that there are only 6 colleges that do this for international students (i think Canadians count). These are Harvard, MIT, Yale, Dartmouth, Amherst and Princeton. They will admit you based on credentials and will deal with your finances when you are admitted. So they won't judge you if you can't afford it, they'll just admit you, then pay for you basically :L I'm planning to do the same when i get to junior year (or at least i think that's where i am :L).
