What kind of math do you use in a business economics major?
-
I am going to university this coming fall but I'm still undecided about my major. I'm interested in studying business economics. I am not very good at math at all and I'm just wondering what kind of math classes I will have to take if I studied business economics.

Answer:
There is a lot of calculus when you get to the advanced concepts, but it is simple derivation techniques. Statistics also really helps and understand distributions is important for plotting demand curves. Otherwise, most of the math should be pretty basic.
