We need to have programs out they to help the low income?

Help me attain some minimal sum of money / income?

• I know you're going to say "get a job" or something of the likes, but do take time to read the following short paragraphs if you wish to help me. I'm not a social person, I'm not outgoing, and no I'm not friendly either. It's not going to change as well. I have thought of quite some ways of advancing in things and possibly making money out of them, but, unfortunately, nothing is free. Everything costs money, and when you don't have money you can't buy anything to do anything to ACTUALLY make money with, such as Photoshop, After Effects, independent video editing and design, photo editing, etc. Those programs cost a massively large sum of cash to buy, and I've been told that I'm naturally good at video editing, so why not try and succeed in it and possibly graphics design as well? Unfortunately, college isn't free either. And I won't be getting loans of college because I don't like to live day in and out knowing and worrying about paying it back. I tried applying for a close job, but, due to many personal conflicts, I can't hold a standard, minimum wage or any wage "interview-and-hire" type of job. I can try and go independent but, unfortunately, the personal conflicts I'm not mentioning here disable my ability to hold any job like that without too much hassle that there will be problems. If there was just some way I can make enough money to start a business of some sort, possibly independent video editing and design, photo editing, graphics engineering through a web site or some sort I would possibly be able to make money and actually live somewhat normally with an income, even if small. But the problem is ... how can I make a small sum of cash to get the things I need without working a job that restricts me to work due to personal restrictions and problems? I tried those sites where you share links for money, etc., but they pay nearly nothing literally. I tried Google Adsense but they disabled my account for invalid click activity, but I never clicked my own ads. I've also been disabled from other online advertising services for the same reason, though I've never clicked my own ads. All in all, none of those ways can help because I've tried them and failed, plus nearly all jobs won't even hire me because I supposedly don't fit their "standards" well enough. I also don't write resumes or do any of those things. It's just not what I want, you know?

  Try tutoring / writing essays for money or http://mturk.com or adult video chat. Also, solve your personal conflicts, and change your attitudes to college loans (or get a work-study position). Need to earn money to make a living is a valid excuse to get out of any kind personal responsibility. If it's about a relationship &if you are male, you need to earn money to provide a better life for the two of you; and if you are female, you ask him if he can provide that money. If you having to care for sick relatives, tell them that their health problems should not end your life. If it is really bad, you should be able to get state welfare. Finally, you should realize that all jobs require sacrifices. If you can't go through the trouble of meeting the requirements of the job, why should anybody go through the trouble of paying you?
