What kind of Internet business is profitable?

What kind of costs will be associated with starting my own business, selling ecofriendly bags on the internet?

• For a project i have to come up with rent costs, utility costs, labor costs in general, costs taht have to do with starting a business... But i dont know the costs involved( fixed and variable) and what kind of people i wold have to hire and how much to pay them??

  Determining wages are easy. Start advertising job availability at Min.Wage and see who knocks on the door. If you get a ton of people, thats the going wage. If nobody calls, increase it by $5/hr until you get employees. As for costs of running the business, that all depends on factors unknown to anybody else. Although first guesses are that you'll need to spend big on advertising. You need to draw traffic to your site to make sales. You need to spend big in the locations your target market spends their time. Those being Big Name Eco Websites.. I'd say that if you don't spend big on advertising, you might as well quit before you begin.
