What can a person do after graduation?

  • I m a student of B A (Hons) Economics. I don't know what r the aptions for me after graduation. What should i do after graduation.

  • Answer:

    Go to work for a company doing clerking. Maybe finally convince them you know what you're doing and switch to billing. Go on vacation for two weeks out of every year. Marry the cute guy from shipping. Have 2 or 3 kids over the years. Get made supervisor of the credit department. Develop your first ulcer at the age of 50. Successfully weather the downsizing of your company when it's bought by the Fortune 500 giant. Retire at age 65 to a home in the country that you've earned with your diligence over the years. Smile at your grandchildren when they come to visit, and be thankful when they leave with their parents... Do you need the rest?

why would you major in a field for 4 years and not know what you can do with it? Isn't the whole point of getting a degree to get a job. Why have we seperated these things today. I'd suggest graduate school. Get a masters in Finance or Accounting. Then you won't have to ask this question. You could be a financial analyst, make a lot of money and not work 80 hour weeks. Were only talking about one more year of school.

yo scotty, u b trippin *****. dont listen to that fool. u got a god damn degree in economics. I dont really know what u were thinkn?. But that degree will hold alot of weight just on its own. Just choose a field and go for it. It doesnt matter about your major.

For an udergraduate, the major in most cases doesn't matter (unless it's engineering, pre-med, or pre-law). So you'll be doing what every other college graduate does; an entry-level white-collar job of some more or less boring kind...
