zurich switzerland has been voted to be the best place to live by a worldwide competition. they checked education, pollution, politics, freetime-options etc, etc. its been 3 times in a row...we fight seattle (i think) each year but we usually make it! it is defenetly a lovely place - it's just a bit horrible to look for a flat becuase everybody wants to move here....

your home town, it is the most comfortable place.

i cant argue with that amsterdam guy, here's some facts & statistics: amsterdam is 100% crazier than anywhere else -amsterdam is 100% amsterdam -they make 100% great beer (heineken) -wooo!

Any of the western European nations would be good ... as they have good social programs, as well as good employment opportunities for people. You have to have a balance.

There is no such thing; the best place for you can be a place of torture for me and vice versa because of trivial things like weather or language.
