Do most Italian and Spanish (Spain) people really have "darker" features?

LIKE I TOLD YOU YOU WOULD NEVER BE MIXED UP FOR ITALIAN OR SPANIARD IN EUROPE ONLY IN AMERICA WERE THEY BELIEVE STEREOTYPES YOU COULD ONLY PASS AS A PERSON OF ARAB DESCENT OR LATINO ITS NOT THE EYES AND HAIR ITS THE WHOLE FACIAL STRUCTURE AND HAIR TEXTURE AND MANY OTHER THINGS

I have known people of all hair and eye colours from these two countries, including red and ash-blonde. They tend to have darker hair rather than lighter (but that is also true in many parts of Europe outside the Mediteranean.) I don't know many who have really black hair, mostly it is medium to dark brown. If they are away from the hot sun,say working somewhere like Germany or Britain, they get a lot paler too! Moors and other invaders have been shown to have contributed only a tiny amount to the Spanish and italian gene pools--far less than 10%

No. Black hair are rare and the skin is tanned only in summer. Italians can have also green eyes or blue eyes but the most common is brown eyes
