Why is a neanderthal not human?

If White people are part Neanderthal, does that make them half Human?

    No. 1. Neanderthals died out- they no longer exist. 2. White people originated in Africa so you're stuck with us. :)

Who says that the craddle of civilazation is in Africa? Just because we continue to find the oldest forms of life in Africa means very little. We as a society have not even scratched the surface on what is really going on. Majority of South American we can't even dig. We have very little research in Antartica. Most of Europe is covered up by layers of cities, so we got no idea what is down there. If I were to guess…my bet would be on Antartica. Oh wait…this was about white people being Neanderthals…Yes. Yes, white people are Oreos.
