"The loss of domestic animals" - do you refer to certain cultures cutting down on their use of domestic animals? It has to do with cultural changes, not genetics. 2. "Genetic diversity" - yet I haven't heard of a gene mutation that make you dislike domestic animals, but if there is it would be the most interesting study ever. Genetic diversity has nothing to do with the loss of domestic animals.
