  I will answer about cultural anthropology. The dream school is the London School of Economics, then of course Oxford and Cambridge if you can get in. Then you can check out Leeds and Bath. The most important though is to see what you're interested in and match it with the interests of the faculty of the university. I did the wrong thing for example of going to a certain university whose faculty is interested in communication while I am interested in religion. I'm kind of paying for it now. So my advice is to check the departmental websites. Besides, some departments are famous for one thing and others famous for another...
