How to get started on an acting career & how to find an agent?

okay... so.. I'm 15 years old & I am very commited and serious about starting my acting career. I've performed in multiple plays and attend a performing arts school in new york city. I honestly have no idea where to begin, however.... I'm not sure where I can find an agent that will give me nessecary connections and opportunities to apply to auditions and exclusive casting calls. I don't know where to begin honestly. Although, I already have a large resume and acting history . Please inform me about how I can get started and where exactly do I find an agent that is right for me? Thank you in advance!
