What are some good acting classes for teens in NYC?

Does anyone know of any professional acting classes in NYC?

• I would like to take some acting classes in NYC to hopefully become a professional actress. Does anyone know of any schools that train you? p.s. Not someone who will try to rip me off but help me become an actress. THANKS :)

  We have so many of HIGH quality, that you can just about close you eyes and point. However, you are FAR too young for most of them. You can search out acting classes near where you live now - or perhaps audition for a performing arts high school. No, you CANNOT audition for LaGuardia or any of the New York performing arts high schools unless you already live here, and go into the system to audition. once you have a great deal of local training and experience under you belt at home, then perhaps you apply for a college major in acting somewhere. But unless you are hot telling us a TON of information about all the things yo have done and learned already - you are out of your league right now. Hopefully, you can change that in the next few years. Good luck.
