Whats The Best Cheap Electric Guitar to play rock-heavy metal?

The best cheap guitars for hard rock and metal.a If you do not want, then choose a guitar that you can afford, looks good, feels good and sounds good for what you want to play. Preferably a Les Paul or SG copy, but you can try out everything and choose what you find to your liking. Brand does not matter, but usually, the costlier it is, the better its quality.

Some have them, some dont. The best, cheapest metal guitars (and this is my short answer. I have a real long one explaining why there's no such thing as the "best" guitar for anything), so I should say, the most popular ones are Ibanez RG series guitars.

it wud be difficult to find a solid body electric guitar that ISNT good for rock and metal. if thats ur only criteria, u cant really go wrong

i would take a B.C. Rich for heavy metal. For rock, I would use a Les Paul. Neither have whammy bars. However, the Stratocaster has a whammy bar and is a very versatile guitar.

Best & Cheap should never go together. Don't expect top notch performance from an "El Cheap Bastard-o" guitar.

Best way is to do a little research. Go to your local guitar store and see what is on offer in your price range (including an amp) . Try out everything you can afford at the setting you would want to use and see what gives you the sound you like. Consider getting a used guitar - there's nothing wrong with that. Hope this helps
