What song should I sing for a upcoming talent show/audition?

Should i sing this song for a talent show?

I'm just going to sing it A capella because I don't know how to play an instrument I pick this song because it is classic, fun , and upbeat I have this kinda deep raspy voice like christina aguilera mix with toni braxton and i'm from the south so when i sing this song it does sound a little like a country song if you have any suggestions about another song i can sing let me know but i do not really like any new music from today no adele ( she whines and complains to much) no taylor swift, and no lady gaga and no justin bieber the show is on Feb. 4 in brooklyn i prefer classic rock or rock pop song i don't really want to sing any r&b because i feel like people expect that from me because im black
