Answer:
1.) Probably not. You might be able to ask the school for judge's comments AFTER they make a decision, but I doubt it. 2.) Most auditions usually are blind, but be prepared for a short interview in case if it's not! 3.) Compete works are usually only for graduate auditions...but check your college's specific requirements. 4.) You should ALWAYS have an accompanist. It shows you are serious enough about your future career to invest actual money into it. Sometimes the college provides people for you, but I'm sure you could always work with a student that goes to the college or someone else if that isn't the case.

Each college/university has a list of pieces they request for students to play on the auditions. This along with some mayor and minor scales. They will tell you if they provide a piano accompanist for the auditions. I don't think they are going to have blind auditions. Most of colleges provide piano accompanist for the auditions. I don't think your teacher will get any information or input about your audition.

If your teacher has gotten you to the level of playing all these works well, then have no worries - they also will know what you have to do at the audition. No, they will more than likely not get a report or feedback, as they did on your HS competitions, etc. I am an All-State judge here in NY and a professional flutist - I wish you much luck! I also worked in Music Education simultaneous to an active playing life - I hope you can combine these two areas in your life. All the best.
The web sites of music schools usually give detailed information about auditions.
