Has anyone played Piano in a band?

    I play piano in a band, have played in many bands, and have played all my life without using any sort of music. It's more of a natural thing. If you have musical ability, it should come naturally, just as performing on stage normally would. Start out by playing along with CD's of some of your favorite music, and progress until you're ready to start playing with others. Never depend on notes on a page to lead you through---that would be like depending on instructions from a book to live life!
