How To Play The Trumpet Again.?

  • Yo Whats Up... So Heres The Thing I Played The Trumpet From Like 4th Grade To 8th Grade I Was Really Dedicated To it I Was First Chair Trumpet When I Played In A Kid Orchestra I Was Pretty Damn Good... When I Got To High School I Stopped Playing. Its Been Almost 6 Years Since I Picked Up A Trumpet. I Have Pretty Much Forgot All The Musical Note/Pitches But I'm Pretty Sure I Can Still Hit All The Notes Of The Trumpet. But I Want To Get Back On To Playing. Is Their Any Book/DVD Out There To Put Me Back On Track? Thanks To All.

    You will have to build up your emboucher again; but get a practice book that focuses on scales and arpeggios and you should be able to get back to where you were.
