How to start a serious singing career...?( how and where to find a manager)?

• Hello im 19 years old ... i live in Cyprus and the next month i will move to LA. and try to pursue a singing career.... i know that if you want to be a singer you have to work really hard... its my life dream and no matter what happens i will never give up until to make it! i finished the musical high school here in Cyprus. Every person who watch me to perform ..says that i sing like beyonce or christina aguilera and also that if i stay here i will waste my talent because here we dont have so many opportunities. .. so this is why i want to go to usa.. i have been studying music for about 14 years.. i play 9 musical instruments... i write my own songs and i have been taking dancing lessons for 5 years ,,, i love to sing and dance like beyonce does and also i make my own choreographies.. i know that if i want to begin a singing career i need to have training.. i have this... i know that i need to perform everywhere i can and also that i need to record a demo with my songs ...i know... but as i dont know people in la and im not connected there with the music business i want to find a manager.,, i know that if a singer want to purse a serious singing career has to find a manager who has some connections with the music industry and also has the knowledge to help him plan his career.. so i have recorded(video) myself to sing live different kind of songs which show my vocal ability.. videos that i dance,, play musical instruments etc...and videos from live performances.... and i want to send these to managers.... but i dont know where to find them... i found some managers on facebook and i want to send them there email but i dont know if they will reply or i dont know if they are serious with this... so where can i find them? if i send my videos on management companies ...then will they find me a manager from their company? please help me and tell me how to do it.. please i dont want the answers.. if you are good the managers will find you.. i said i dont have the connections i want to start serious... i am already on youtube..there are thousands of videos there.. i need to pay to advertise my videos in order to have many views or i have to be very lucky so the people will find my video and watch it.. i dont want to go to american idol or on any tv show like this for now..i want a manager to guide me. .also i have a little bit accent problem but i dont think this to be a problem if you have talent (tell me your opinion about that) anyway the main question is ... where to send my videos and my resume in order to find a manager...?where to find a manager...? please if you have any information or some kind of link ..answer... thank u :)
