How can I get a scholarship to any performing arts school in NY?

I'm a Junior in Texas and I would LOVE to get a scholarship for either singing, acting or dancing mainly in a school in New York, doesn't matter where really. How much would it cost and HOW can I get a scholarship or even accepted?? Please help!!

Performing arts schools (I assume you're talking at the college level) in New York, such as Juilliard, are EXTREMELY competitive. You'd need to be one of the very best in your school to even have a chance of getting accepted, never mind a scholarship. If you can't make up your mind whether to study singing, acting or dancing, keep in mind that applicants to these highly competitive schools have spent years specializing in just ONE of those areas, and are probably way more advanced than you by now.
