How to get an acting job with Nick or Disney?

I am a 13 year old male in Louisiana trying to get an acting job in televison or film with Nick or Disney. Does anyone know how to make this happen? I'm taking acting classes, as well as vocal classes.

You can't pick who you want a job with. Get an agent. They send you out on jobs, and you try to get them.
