How to find effective book agent?

How can i get my book published and where can i find that agent/publisher?

• I'm 11years old and I am writing a book. I'm great at English and all. So far I started it over. First I planned my plot,characters,and title again because it was related to somethings. My story is called Love,Lust, and Death. It is about when 2 young mystical creatures ( vampire and witches) fall in love. Their families and friends secerets will cause them all eternal death. But in the end their powers may just save them. Its not related to Twilight,Seceret circle,or anything. So what do you think? Would you publish it or read it?

  Put all thoughts of publication out of your head. If you *are writing* a book, instead of *have written* a book, you're wasting your time trying to get it published. Agents and those publishers who accept manuscripts from writers who don't have an agent receive at least a hundred submissions for every one they accept. They don't want and don't need to waste any time with anything that isn't ready for them to sell. If you send them something that isn't finished and polished, they'll send it back with a polite "no thanks" or chuck it straight in the bin.
