How do u make a book cover online for free?

I just finished writing a book, and i wanting to get it published. I need a good book cover for it though. i don't like the ones that i have on the Microsoft 2007. I want to make a free one online with out having to buy anything. I want one like they have on real books. Any websites for this???

As a librarian, I know many authors and illustrators. Don't make a cover for your book. Your publisher will do that. New authors have no say on cover art. When you get famous after several books on the best seller list, then your publisher will let you have some say in the cover art. Good luck and I look forward to rreading you in the future.
