What cities in central to Northern California allow civilians to use legal firecrackers?

Why did the russians use those multifiring rocked machines on German civilians and cities, also ?

• Why di the american gun down so many civilians during WWII and level cities? Was that necessary? Do you think americans raped women also or just the russians? Also why didn't the nazis try and protect the civilians more? I'm reading in a book called the last battle, and in history chanel specials there were slave laborers underground working on rockets and new type of war planes.. But Turkey was seized by the British which was the luftwaffe's supply place. Why didn't Japan come in with their air and kamikaze planes to Germany? several question please answer thanks.

  The Russians used Stalin's Organ because it was war and in war you use the weapons you have if you want to win. The Americans used massive bombing raids that leveled city because they didn't have the technology for precision strikes. If they wanted to take out German and Japanese factories, they had to carpet bomb the whole area. It is safe to assume that some rapes occured, but it is unlikely to have been common among American troops. Rape makes administrating captured territories difficult and it distracts troops from doing their jobs. Nor were the Americans all that strongly motivated by revenge the way the Russians were. The Nazis only cared about a civilian's utility for the war effort. They actually dug a lot of tunnels against air attack, but their resources were limited. Japan had its own problems and nothing much to gain from trying to ship its air force off to the opposite side of the world.
