Were does it say in the Bible or Talmud that Jews cant return to the land between the Jordan river and the Med

Or the land of Palestine. And before teh Jews invaded the land at the time of Moses(pbuh) were did the come from and who did they take it from?

Answer:
It doesn't say that anywhere. Before they invaded the land at the time of Joshuah, they had been travelling in the wilderness between Egypt and the Jordan. They started as a family in Palestine, wandered down to Egypt because of famine, and grew in numbers to such an extent that the Egyptians made slaves of them in order to keep them from becoming too strong. They eventually left Egypt under Moses. The family that originally went from Palestine to Egypt was descended from a people that lived in what is now Iraq. EDIT: What the prophet Amos does say is that the promises no longer apply to the nation of Israel. God says, according to our English Bibles, that He will no longer "forgive" them. The Hebrew word translated "forgive" here is the same as the word "passover". In other words, the passover no longer applies to them. It applies to the Spiritual Israel, who are the children of Abraham by faith, according to Galatians, those who have believed in Jesus. So while there is nothing that says they would not return to Palestine, (and they have returned), neither is there any more promise for them, outside of the most glorious promise in Christ, in whom all promises are fulfilled.

Nowhere. God promised the whole land, "from the Great Sea to the Great River (Euphrates.)" One must realize that God will keep His promise, too.

The Jews came from Egypt to the land of Canaan at the direction of G-d and conquered it from from seven races (mentioned in the story in the bible) in the Talmud (i think in tractate sanhedrin) it states when G-d exiles the Jews from Israel, he made them promise 3 things. one of them is not to storm israel with the intention of forcing the redeemer to come. It seems that if evey Jew were to be in Israel at the same time, this would force an early arrival of the redeemer. This is the basis for the view of Neturei Karta, the fanatic ultra-religious sect that is anti-israel and pro-palestinian. They were highlighted when they were photographed praying outside for the wellbeing of Arafat outside his hospital in Paris. They were again noted when they attended the anti-holocaust conference in Iran a while back.
