He would have been caught and executed or assasinated. Simple as that. I can't imagine any country giving him asylum. He knew that as well, which is why he topped himself.

He wouldn't have fled Berlin. Hitler for all his faults was a brave and steadfast man. Remember he was himself a war veteran. To abandon his capital would not be acceptable for him. He would either rise to glory in his capital. Or he would go down in flames in his capital. However he would not abandon it and run like a coward.
