Fantasy Football keeper question?
-
I'm in a one player keeper league and I have the first pick in the draft. Should I keep Carson Palmer or Willis McGahee? If I keep Plamer, I'll get skrewed on RB's.....is McGahee worth keeping and taking another RB with the first pick in the draft? It's a long time till I get to pick another playa......

Answer:
How many teams? Where's your draft pick? Actually, either way the answer is McGahee. Replacing a top QB is considerably easier than replacing a top RB. EDIT: kianvis: Maybe it's just me, but I think McGahee is way, way better than those RBs. Most people should be keeping RBs in this format, and depending on the league, if he really wanted a QB he could probably pull a Brees/Bulger with his next pick, and it's way less of a drop off than McGahee to any of these guys. Depends on your scoring system. If they give 6 points for a TD pass, Palmer is a definite better keep. I'd probably keep Palmer anyway, because there are a lot of backs that will do as well as McGahee that can be had with a later pick: Caddillac Williams Jamal Lewis Julius Jones Jerrious Norwood Adrian Peterson (the MIN version) Tatum Bell Brandon Jackson
