How do you exclude a team from fantasy football playoffs for not paying?

• I'm the commish for our 12 team fantasy football league. We have one team that has not paid and our rules are that if you have not paid by the end of the regular season, you don't get to go to the playoffs and you don't get paid. The one team that has not paid has a chance to make the playoffs, but still has time to pay. If he doesn't pay by the end of week 14 how do I exclude him from the playoffs in yahoo fantasy football? (I know the easiest thing is to get the dues up front. I'll do that next year) Any suggestions on how to exclude a team. Can I adjust points from previous weeks to give him a loss when he had a win to let team with the next best record in? Is that possible?
