How can I Improve my fantasy football team?

  • 14 man league, standard yahoo scoring with PPR (.5 per catch). Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR, 1 K, 1 DEF, 5 bench players. 1st pick. Snake draft. Anything I should be worried about? Kinda like my team for the position I had. QBs - Joe Flacco, Ben Roethlisberger (Aware he's suspended) RBs - Chris Johnson, Johnathan Stewart, Reggie Bush, Darren McFadden, Javon Ringer (Handcuff to CJ) WRs - Marques Colston, Michael Crabtree, T.J. Houshmanzadeh, Demaryius Thomas TE - Greg Olsen K - Jay Feeley DEF - San Diego

  • Answer:

You did pretty good... RB... Your starters will make you extremely happy, but your backups both worry me... Reggie Bush won't put up great numbers, and McFadden might not see a lot of touches... He's expected to start with Michael Bush having thumb issues, but he will likely be on the back-end of a time share when he's healthy... QB... Flacco will put up good numbers, as will Big Ben when he gets off suspension... WR... Colston and Crabtree will put up good numbers, and Housh has a lot of upside... I'd say you're sitting at about 7/10... TE... This is a huge weakspot... No TE has ever put up good numbers with Mike Martz as an offensive coordinator... Get another TE as soon as possible... K... Kickers are kickers, and the diff between the best kicker and the 10th kicker will be about 3 fantasy points per game...
