How does the fantasy basketball draft work (keeper league)?

  • I was made replacement manager of the team a few months ago (when the season ended), and it's my first time in a keeper league. But I'm kinda confused on the draft: Every team is allowed to keep 5 keepers for next season. I looked at my draft picks and each team has 15 draft picks, unless some are traded. But next to my first 5 picks it says 'Reserved for Keeper Selection'. So with those first 5 picks, do we have to draft our keepers? Or are those first five picks used to draft the players available? I'm confused... Btw it's a snake draft, but I'm pretty sure I know how the ordering part works already.

    If those are "reserved for keeper selections", then that's what they are for. I don't know if you'll actually have to "draft" your keepers, more than likely the site will fill those in beforehand when you select your keepers. EDIT: Yes, which means what was being talked about in the other question was incorrect (but I had no way of knowing), 60 guys are being kept, you are basically trading the 6th overall pick.
