How does someone get on ESPN?

I need a pic off the internet and place it as my espn fantasy football team logo?

Now some people are like telling me how to do it but i dont have a ff league on yahoo i have it ESPN.GO.COM so wen i go to like team settings it doesent say UPLOAD AN IMAGE or any thing like that can someone walk me through it step by step how to get a pic off the internet as my team logo even if i dont have a yahoo ff account!!!!! please help me!!!!!!
Answer:

Click on "Team Settings" Scroll down below the Logo Builder Tool and it says "Reference Your Own Image From the Web" and check that box. Then you will just copy a picture from online and paste it into the box.
