Answer:
Holliday would be a risky pick with him moving to Oakland.. I'd have to go with Utley, since 2nd base is so much shallower in talent then the outfield. ~g0()d LuCk!~

Assuming the nine players you list are off the board, here are my rankings: [1] Chase UTLEY won't play much in Spring Training, but he will still be the best 2B in the game. He has proven to be a quick healer in the past, so if his injury rehab is on schedule, I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on Chase at #12 overall. [2] Josh HAMILTON is a beast and still has upside above his elite 2008 campaign. Still improving as he readjusts to MLB life, Hamilton is the fourth and final elite OF this year. [3] Ian KINSLER will be the class of 2B if Utley's rehab hits a setback. If healthy, will post 25 HR and 35 SB, vaulting him into the top 8 in 2010 drafts. [4] Mark TEIXEIRA falls to #13 on my draft board due to one concern: he is a notorious slow starter. Yankees fans will be all over him in April, and there's no telling how quickly he bounces back from that. [5] Carlos QUENTIN is too legit. If you get really lucky, he'll fall to you in round 3; CQ is a beast and I would take him at #13 if Hamilton and Teix go at #10 and #11. Good luck!

The 12th pick is simply the hardest because most of the elite would be gone by now, but here's my suggestion... 10. Matt Holliday, Oakland A's 11. Johan Santana, New York Mets Some options for the 12th and 13th pick - SP Tim Lincecum, San Francisco Giants T.L. is starting to become a Fantasy "ace" after winning the Cy Young in just his second season. Although it's early to gauge his consistency, I think he's a sure bet, despite playing for the awful Giants. - OF Josh Hamilton, Texas Rangers 2008 was the year J-Ham show why he was the number one pick in the 1999 MLB Draft. Although his road to stardom was shaky (this was only his second season; fought through drug and alcohol problems), he put out the best numbers that a franchise player should put up (32 HR, 130 RBI). Another year with this offense means another solid season. - SP CC Sabathia, New York Yankees After Johan, CC is probably the second best pitcher in the Fantasy Draft. Moving to the AL won't hurt him one bit, as he did came up with the Indians (winning the Cy Young in 2007) before his run with the Brewers. There is a high expectation for him (the highest paid pitcher in MLB; "ace" for a big market team, means big time pressure) and although he's not going to repeat his second half performance, he could put up decent numbers now that he has a permanent home. - OF Manny Ramirez, Free Agent ManRam is probably the best player fantasy teams are gauging right now because he doesn't have a place to play. All indication is that he'll return to the Dodgers, where he put up MVP-type numbers in just 53 games and took them as far as the NLCS, the first since 1988. Whether he sign with the Dodgers (or somewhere else), ManRam is going to put up numbers. Other options to consider: - 3B Aramis Ramirez, Chicago Cubs (3rd best in his position) - OF Carlos Beltran, New York Mets - SS Jimmy Rollins, Philadelphia Philles (3rd best in his position) - 2B Ian Kinsler, Texas Rangers (the best 2B in the draft) I know your "dead" set on the Tex at number 12 and that's fine because he's going to put numbers for the Yanks, but I'm giving you open options for your draft just in case if you have doubt about who to pick for the 12th and13th pick.

If Utley's there, you have to take him. He'll miss three weeks and is the best 2B by far. If people in your league pass on him because he's not playing on Opening Day, then they're fools. If he's not available, then guys like Hamilton and Holliday are also good.
NYC13
Josh Hamilton Mark Tiexeira Johan Santana Matt Holliday Jimmy Rollins Justin Morneau Lance Berkman Prince Fielder Alfonso Soriano
Betrayed King
I'd take... Rollins Reyes or Beckett
