How Can I improve my chances of getting into Bollettieri Tennis Academy?

  • I'm 13 years old and i'm a girl. i've been playing tennis since i was 11. i got training for around a year and then i played by myself and now i'm getting private lessons. i really love tennis. i'm not really a sporty gal but tennis is something i'm really good at and really enjoy. i train everyday and eat really healthy. i study loads and try really hard at school. i would love to get into the Bollettieri Tennis Academy because it's one of the best and would really really improve my game and my school grades. i live in ireland but i don't think that would be a big problem because loads of different countries are reresented there. i really really want to go there. i know it's in America and proberly really expesnise but i want to go there so much! all of my friends are really suportive and know how much going there means to me. my little sister knows i want to go there. i think i'm dad knows i want to go there but i'm scared to tell my mom because she wants me to become a doctor or a lawyer. i know she wants the best for me but i don't want to become a doctor. i'm scared of blood! and i puke if i watch doctor shows where the person is being operated on! i was just wondering does anyone have tips on how i can improve my chances of getting into the academy? also how do you get ranked in ireland? i can only find stuff on how to get ranked in places in America. please, i want to become a pro tennis player. i know it's really hard and a million things can go wrong, but it's what i want to do. please, how can i improve my chances of getting into the academy, how can i get ranked in ireland and how can i break the news to my mom that i want to be a tennis player?? loads of students who go there get sochlarships for unaiverstys in America. please please help me!!!

    There ARE other tennis boarding schools in the world that are every bit as good as Bolletieri's, so don't limit yourself to just one choice and that's it.

Do not break #1 rule in Life, don't worry, things will go where they will. US Academy is not the only one. Federer did it in Germany, other top pros went to Spain and they all are at the very top. Most has to come from inside of You. Fight for yourself but not with despair.
